All customers shipping with Paradise Shipping Services are required to declare the contents of their packages by submitting a complete invoice, as this process is to ensure compliance with customs regulations. All invoices must be submitted once the package has arrived at our US warehouse, but before it reaches Jamaica. Consequences of Missing Invoices include, but are not limited to, your packages being more likely to be detained, resulting in a clearance fee and or a non-declaration fee of $500 JMD being added to each package for which an invoice was not submitted.
